Drain Sanitisation

We provide drain sanitation services for food processing facilities and the health sector.

The accumulation of grease and residues in drains result in the reduction of the pipes' diameter and / or complete blockage. This may in turn lead to water leakage, unpleasant odours as well as the development of microbes such as Salonella, K. pylobacterium, E. Coli, Staphylococcus but especially Listeria (Listeria Monocytogenes).

Conventional drainage cleaning methods only process the drain pipe at the bottom of the pipes' circumference.
thus, the development and preservation of biofilm is observed in the upper part. The result is fast
reappearance of biofilm in the whole network and consequently contamination of the food production areas.

Our patented system can penetrate the piping through a three-step process to clean, disinfect (pasteurise) and coat with antimicrobial protection the whole diameter of the drainage pipes.

Stages:
1. Cleaning -  It is carried out along the pipe on its entire inner surface.
2. Pasteurization -  Apply saturated steam to the entire inner surface of the drain system, making it hygienically clean.
3. Antimicrobial coating -  Coating the entire inner surface with antimicrobial protection to prevent future growth and extend the period between cleanings.

Benefits:

Removes solid and slime deposits
Removes biofilm
Eliminates unpleasant odours
Removes the accumulation of salts
Leaves the pipes clean
Disinfects
Inhibits the future growth of bacteria
Avoids deformation of pipes
